THIS IS MY VISION OF A MOTO GP BIKE TURNED CUSTOM BUILD.

ONE OFF CHASSIS, SWING ARM, FULLY LINED GAS TANK &  DUCTED OIL TANK, FRONT & REAR GUARDS, HEAD LIGHT COWL.

FULL BILLET GRILL,

HAND MADE PEGS & SHIFTERS,  REAR SPROCKET TO MATCH THE ROTORS, CHAIN GUARD.

ENGINE IS FROM S&S 1819CC, WITH A TOP NOTCH 5 SPEED BAKER TRANSMISSION WITH A PM HYDRAULIC CLUTCH.

THESE ARE JOINED TOGETHER WITH A PM OPEN PRIMARY WITH HAND MADE COVERS.

AT THE FRONT END YOU HAVE full German & Italian components starting with  58mm marzocchi forks, held together with made to order ima billet race  triple clamps, 70mm adjustable clip onsfrom abm, also from abm there is 2x reservoirs plus indicators & plate light.

BREMBO GPR-X NICKEL PLATED BILLET CALIPERS FRONT & REAR,320mm BRAKE TECH ROTORS, 220mm REAR

HAND GRIPS & MIRRORS FROM RIZOMA WITH DUCABIKE BILLET LEVERS Italian switch blocks that have been re-worked to go with my components.

THERE IS the latest BILLET MOTOGADET SPEEDO BUILT IN TO THE TOP OF THE TANK.

AT THE REAR SAS AIR RIDE SUSPENSION FOR THE REAR OF THE BIKE.

FULL STAINLESS HEADERS WITH STAINLESS COFFMANS MUFFLERS.

I HAD THE WHEELS BUILT FROM BILLET BLANKS DRILLED THEN LACED WITH 9.3mm stainless spokes & candy coated stainless nipples.wheel size 21inch front, rear 20x7inch.

There are so many more hand made parts on this piece of art, I just cant list them all, i have used the best of everything, right down to the stainless nuts &  bolts, this bike took myself one year to build,with around 1400 hours,  the build quality of this bike is up there with the best,all kiwi design.

Perfection is at the top of the list when I build & design everything, sailing because i’m only happy when i’m designing & the next is on paper. you will not find another of these I can assure you of that, interested call i can give you more info.

The bike has just 2km on the odometer and was finished just 4 months ago. It already been featured in the leading motorcycle magazine BIKE.
